One of the fundamentally important activities at the Center is education: helping people understand and use techniques and tools.

Treating one person can change a single life, but when people are empowered with the tools that are taught at the Center, they can improve their own lives and teach others how to do likewise. We are open sourcing a few of our tools to assist you in your healing and  to harness stress differently.


The 3 steps are simple and it takes about 21 days to change a subconscious pattern. 

1. Choose a feeling you’d like to experience 

I AM….Example: joy, happiness, confidence-the list to experience is endless.


2. Resolve the subconscious sensory, memory files in a dream state

These sensory, memory files may be blocking you from experiencing the feelings you have chosen in step 1.  By listening to the guided imagery(below) you can access and edit these files like you would a movie. I created this guided imagery titled, The Theatre, for that purpose.

The following download will help you in re-patterning your subconscious mind by releasing old patterns, then downloading positive new patterns into your subconscious.

  • Only listen while resting comfortably.  Never listen when operating machinery or driving.

  • You can listen while drifting off to sleep (It does not matter if you fall asleep while listening).

  • You can listen with headsets. Be aware of headset cord placement (if choosing to use them) for reasons of safety.

3.  Turn on your entire brain by crossing the midline of your body
